Like the thread title says: how would you be towards your pokemon and other Pokemon trainers? Would you be an "Ash-Type" or "Paul-Type" or something else?

I think he means 'if you were a Pokemon Trainer, would you treat your Pokemon and other trainers like Ash does, or like Paul does, or someone else?'

I treat my Pokemon as my trainees and get them in top shape and try to make them happy as much as possible. For other trainers, they'll be annoyed by me when I lecture them about how important type balancing and type advantages can be.

I imagine I would be a lot like Brock, to where I wouldn't be an avid battler and would mostly just befriend Pokemon

I think I would be like any good trainer towards my Pokemon, but like Silver with other trainers.

I'd treat my Pokemon well, but I would be a real douchebag towards other trainers à la Gary/Silver.

I'll probably be a foul mouthed douche to everyone and because of my strong Pokemon, no one can say anything. I will be loving to my Pokemon, unless they lose an important battle or any battle for that matter.

I'd treat my Pokemon very well; in fact, they'd be treated like friends/family members. Win or lose, I would always love them. Towards other trainers, I'd actually be pretty friendly. Hey, I'm doing this to make friends, not just to get stronger.

I'd treat my Pokémon as my best friends; after all, if you're going to spend a journey with them, you might as well try to befriend them to make it more enjoyable. If they lose a battle, too bad, better luck next time. A victory is because of the Pokémon, a loss is because of the trainer. And I'd be with other trainers like I am with anyone else; friendly.

As cheesy as it sounds, I would treat my pokemons like friends. Not as a battle tool or weapon. I have dogs and a bird, and I treat them really well.
For other trainers, depends if I like them or not. Generally, I would be the snobby type. I won't talk to you unless you talk to me first.

I will be loving to my Pokes and be friendly to trainers and I would actually be some sort of trainer-breeder. I would try to be patient but when I lose it like with a hyperactive dog I will faint them with my bare fangs. Yes, you read it. FANGS.

I would spoil my Pokémon a lot, but also expect a lot from them (as in, training everyday). I would always train with my Pokémon of course.
To other trainers, I would be nice... but I'm really competitive so I'm only nice until you start saying you're a better trainer than me! XD

I don't know if I'd even train them really, we'd just be a family because human company bores me.

Train with a very small number of pokémon seriously, in rather tough ways. Consider ourselves a team, closer than friends, as it is my responsability to make them strong, and my fault if I can't. And this isn't just strength of power, strength of heart too.
Think of it as a harsh martial arts master who still cares about their pupil despite the hard training.

I'd just treat other trainers as I see fit.

I would like to breed them so that my house would overflow with pokes XD Just kidding... but I think I would be like James or Brock. Caring and friendly, also tending to them in a lovingly way LOL

Assuming Pokemons are in fact hyper-smart pets, I'll treat them like hyper-smart pets.
