How would you feel if Jun stayed with the group?

He's been with them for 3 episodes, how would you feel if he stayed for the rest of Sinnoh? They could bring the group back up to a team of 4.
 
I don't see it happening; Satoshi has three badges to still get while Jun has five. That would be a whopping increase to do now, from an expected three official matches left to eight. And that's assuming that all of them are won on the first attempt. Not to mention the fact that in Jun's case, he'll either have to rebattle some of the Leaders Satoshi has already faced, or battle some anime-exclusive ones. There were comlaints at the very first Gym because people assumed that we'd see Satoshi and Shinji in turn at every Gym, and people didn't want that.

I really can't see it happening.
 
He'd probably turn into Max. But even MORE annoying.

*runs like hell from impending Max, Jun fans*
 
I wouldn't mind actually; he's an interesting character so it would be alright.

But I bet he'll only stay with the group for a short while then leave to get his other badges, then meet up with the gang again in the League.
 
I like Jun but it won't happen
It's ridiculous to believe we'll have two people in the group that do exactly the same thing and it's stupid to think we'll get 8 more Gyms instead of 3 more
The whole idea of two starring characters with plot (Ash and Dawn) is to make the show appeal equally to boys and girls... what's the point in throwing another boy to star with them? (and yes doing Gyms will pretty much give him the same role Ash has)

Not to mention the OP didn't change to add him or anything like that
His VA also isn't listed with the main characters - previously the first episode a new main character appeared it was listed with the main characters
Someone told me Jun want to train in Iron Island for his next battle with Fantina so I guess he'll stay there and on the way when they pass by the Gym he'll meet Paul (and his Magmortar)

He has Magmar and we know Magmortar is going to appear soon
Rotom was right so I believe that list... Magmortar and Mamoswine will appear soon and probably are Paul's and Dawn's
It also makes sense Paul will use a fire type for the steel Gym and it makes sense to let Jun meet him
 
I see it's possible now to see him again at the League Championships.

But I dont think he would...well maybe he could, we wont know untill the next couple of episodes.

It would be quite interesting if he did join the group though...so then I'll watch every future DP episode because of Jun! :D
 
Let me guess, you want us to come to the following conclusion:

"Brock sucks and Johto sucks"

Do I get a prize now?
 
I hope not. All I want is Jun to meet Paul and become a stalker, only showing up when Paul does.
 
Jun will be WAY more annoying than Satoshi and besides there's already two males in the anime and 1 female in the show that's totally unequal to have 3 males or 4 males if you count Shinji as a character

AG had almost all male characters and only two girls:

Ash
Brock
Max
Drew
Harley
James

And then May and Jessie.
 
Jun's a bit too much like Ash (or at least "old Ash") to have a good dynamic with the rest of the group.

Impulsive and hot-blooded characters are fine, but it can get ridiculous with too many similar characters.
 
Hopefully the Lucario will turn out to be Jun's instead.

I want Ash to be a Pokémon Master, not a Pokémon Guardian!
What'll happen to Pikachu and all the others if he chooses to be a Pokémon Guardian with Lucario?
All given away to Oak or Tracey or Brock?
Since Jun doesn't quite care about the feelings of his Pokémon, it'll be perfectly fit, there won't be any possibility that he'll die out from the Anime to become a guardian. So he can continue to be a strong rival with strong Pokémons like Lucario!

So you believe that there will be a rush for swinub to evolve like Ash's Charmander?
 
Yes
All the Johto Poké evolutions were rushed in DP except Aipom (which was kind of rushed for Dawn... it doesn't seem like Dawn had Aipom at all since it evolved immediately after the trade)
And remember Piloswine evolve by simply learning an attack
Swinub can evolve into Piloswine and than in the same episode (or episode after) learn the attack and evolve (Yanma evolved the same episode it was caught immediately after using Ancient Power, Aipom evolved the same episode it learned Double Hit, Bonsly an episode after it learned Mimic)
