So, guess you all can make the cognitive leap that I'm a newbie among you, so, hey there! Lupine here, long time Pokemon fan, fresh meat, and pun lover.

Lesse...got into Pokemon back when I was a little kid with Red and Blue with my brothers, and I was the only one who stuck with it up to now. Currently, I'm working on a self imposed challenge: Use every (not useless/gimmicky/Legendary) Pokemon line once in an in game team. Currently, I've got 37 teams in retirement, and I'm rounding up the last few Pokemon, hopefully in time to have every line between generations one and five mastered before six comes along.

Which will be difficult if I'm trying not to repeat types in a team. Freaking water types, man. And, of course, you need the occasional run through with a few old reliable friends to keep yourself fresh. (Possibly throwing in one or two newbies in egg form to hatch). Current team is a Platinum runthrough with Abomasnow, Drapion, Kecleon, Shelgon, Mantine, and Hitmonlee, just got to Canalave City, level forties across the board, just evolved Drapion and Abomasnow. (I'll be keeping status updates on my little project in my sig.) Anywho, hope to have a good time here with ya'll!

That certainly is a difficult challenge your trying in your games. I hope you can complete it. Good luck! Welcome to BMGf, Lupine. I started with Gold and Silver though sad to say I havent used most Pokemon. There are just so many ;; I do try to use different ones every time though so I can use as many Pokemon as possible. Ive learned to like a lof of Pokemon this way ^_^

If you need any help here, feel free to ask any questions you have and make sure to take a look at the rules here. I hope you have a great time here.
