Okay so this is my new team I'm experimenting with, it deals alot with entry hazards but not strictly entry hazards

Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Sand Stream
Impish
252 HP 192 Def 64 SpD
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Slack Off
Roar

Hippowdon's defenses will almost always allow it to survive the opponents lead, which will let me set up stealth rock and sandstorm. Slack Off will let me heal back that damage. Roar phazes boosts and abuses stealth rock and earthquake for good STAB attack. I am thinking about possibly switching to a focus sash, just to ensure hippowdon survives but I think so far I've only had 1 OHKO on him, so I'm not sure if it's needed.

Skarmory @ Shed Shell
Keen Eye
Impish
252 HP 200 Def 40 SpD 16 Spd
Spikes
Roost
Whirlwind
Brave Bird

Skarmory's defenses should hold up long enough to get at least 2 layers of spikes down. A Roost could almost guarantee the third, and occasionally help by eliminating the flying typing. Whirlwind acts just like hippowdon's roar and Brave Bird takes out resiliant foes. I gave him shed Shell due to a pesky ufo-like pokemon (magnezone)

Drapion @ Leftovers
Battle Armor
Impish
252 HP 6 SpD 252 Def
Toxic Spikes
Crunch
Whirlwind
Earthquake

I kept changing between this and Tentacruel. Tentacruel has slightly better stats, but Drapion offers whirlwind which lets me have a third phazer. Drapion can lay Toxic Spikes, and has a decent stab attack in Crunch and type coverage from Earthquake

Blissey @ Leftovers
Natural Cure
Calm
6 HP 252 Def 252 SpD
Softboiled
Toxic
Protect
Flamethrower

Softboiled obviousl to heal blissey. Toxic allows me to posion those who aren't affected by toxic spikes. Protect gives me time to toxicstall or ppstall if needed and Flamethrower to deal with steel types

Metagross @ Choice Band
Clear Body
Adamant
252 HP 236 Atk 12 Def 8 Spd
Meteor Mash
Eathquake
Hammer Arm
Zen Headbutt

This is where the strategy deviates. Metagross acts as basically a reinforcer, Meteor Mash has good stab and potential for attack increase. Earthquake is always good. Hammer adds more type coverage and Zen Headbutt for STAB and flinching.

Tyranitar @ Choice Specs
Sand Stream
Modest
180 HP 252 SpA 76 Spd
Dark Pulse
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Flamethrower

This Tyranitar holds alot of surprise value, I often get a free kill when my opponent switches in expecting a physical TTar. Stab Dark Pulse if actually pretty intimidating. The other three moves provide outstanding type coverage. I may be wrong but I believe it can hit everything in the game for at least neutral. And combined with metagross everthing in the game (except spiritomb and sableye) SE.

So this si my team let me know what you think, the only other thing I can think of is I was toying with the idea of adding in a foretress as a backup spiker but I wasnt sure partly because that would mean half of my team would be steel and I wouldnt know who to take out.

I'm a little tied up right now, so all I can tell you is to look at Smogon's Strategy Dex and check out some of these. My main concern is some of the EV spreads; look at the Strategy Dex and check them out.

I'll give one of my big rates when I'm not so busy.

Hmmmm since your abusing entry hazards a jolteon with roar would br perfect
Jolteon@Focus Sash ??
252speed/252SpAtk/6hp
Roar (max pp)
thunderbolt
shadow ball
wish

Here a speed promoting nature is necessary to get the jump on most pokemon and then start abusing roar. If a pokemon has soundproof ability try and kill them or switch. I normally lead with omstar to set up stealth rock and spikes =] it works =]

Jolteon with Roar would not be perfect. Roar is a negative priority move, which I'm guessing is for reasons like this. Jolteon can't afford to go last. He already has Hippodon, Skarmory, and Drapion to do the job, and they're far more bulky.

Since I'd like to do an entry hazards team of my own soon, I can say that I think you should really have someone to block Rapid Spin. Perhaps Dusknoir? He's bulky and has things like Mean Look so he can trap the opponent's rapid spinner. Something like protect would also help, so he could stall the rapid spinner into dying of poison/toxic, should you get your toxic spikes up, and residual sandstorm damage.

I'm just worried that you may not want to add another Poke to your team who doesn't get sandstorm immunity, since you're leading with Hippodon. While I like how Hippodon looks, you have to worry about levitating/flying Taunt leads messing your strategy up, and then being able to set up on you. I'm not sure how to remedy this, since it would kind of suck to switch out your only attack move for something that doesn't get STAB, and will not be able to cover all taunters. Maybe someone else here can give you their opinion of how necessary something like that would be - I wouldn't want you to only take my advice.

He means Pokémon like Aerodactyl, Crobat, and Gyarados (Gyarados in particular has Intimidate, and can Dragon Dance on you; and Aerodactyl can summon Stealth Rocks of its own)
