Yeah, i'm not sure but everyone else seems to be able to put web addresses in posts except me! can some one help me out here?

Well, to make a hyperlink (which I think is what your asking) you simply type:

[U R L="url here"]link name here[/U R L]

take the spaces out between the URL.
