Huge problem with Portal

So I loaded portal on my mom's old junker a Toshiba Satellite M45. It's graphics card is a Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900. Well, when I loaded Portal on here and played it this is what the screen looked like. WARNING! Huge Picture.
