In the bustling city of Gardenia, stood Clover Academy. A well known high school that many intelligent students attend. The autumn air was back, as October slowly crept its way into the town. It was now the lunch period, as the students now wandered the halls and talked amongst each other, hung out in their classrooms catching up on homework, or ate in the mess hall.

A boy with messy chestnut colored hair, with long bangs and red eyes sat in a chair in the corner, a blood transfusion bag hooked up to his arm. The blood slowly trickled out of the bag, through the small tube, and into the boy's arm.

A girl walked up to him. "Hey Drew." She greeted. "Getting lunch?" She giggled.

"You know it." The boy replied with a crooked grin. "After this transfusion, I'm going down to the mess hall to get my hands on some grub!"

The Girl giggled once more. "Alright, well I'll see you later."

Drew then sighed, as he sat in the corner and watched the few other students in the classroom work on homework, or talk quietly with their friends.

"Man I'm bored." He sighed. "I know that I need the transfusions so I don't starve, but It's hell boring waiting for the bag to empty! I wish I could at least do something when I'm waiting for it to finish."

Drew continued to sit their, watching the blood go down the tube, while his foot began tapping restlessly.

"Oh well, guess there's nothing more then I can but wait." He sighed. "Next time, though. I'll be sure to bring a comic or some manga to read or something."

OOC: @Flaze; I posted the start up! Post whenever your ready!

At the entrance of Clover academy stood a young man of around 19, he had spiky red colored hair along with a pair of green eyes. He was wearing the academy's uniform at the moment, though he lacked the tie that came with the uniform and showed his neck. He seemed to have a bored expression as he walked into the school, scanning all the students that he walked past as if looking for something. "So this is Clover Academy huh?" he wondered for a second before extending his left arm out. "I can feel it..." he muttered before he began to look at the school once more. "It certainly is a large school, though I guess a prestigious place such as this works." he nodded his head as he went into the school. "But regardless, I have a mission that I have to take care of." he smiled, from the corner, if one focused hard enough they could see a black colored gun strapped to the back of his waist.

A shutter went down Drew's spine, as the IV bag half full of blood continued to trickle down the tube, and into his arm.

Something doesn't feel right... Drew thought to himself, with a worried look. Like something hostile is near by. Oh well, it can't be anything too serious.

Shaking off his uneasiness, Drew reached towards his bag and grabbed a volume of Manga entitled "xxxHOLiC", and started to giggle slightly as the supernatural antics that unfolded in the pages.

The teenager walked into Drew's classroom, he looking around quietly at the other students that were enjoying their lunch time. He felt something strange overwhelm him when he walked in as if what he was looking for was there. He began to scan the room carefully and came into view with Drew. He stared at the boy in curiosity, even though he knew what he was, there was no other reason for someone to just have a blood transfusion in the middle of a classroom like it was nothing. "Why do you need that?" he asked in a straightforward manner while pointing at Drew.

Drew smiled. "Oh, you must be new here. I guess you'd be curious." Drew then pointed to his arm. "I'm anemic, so I often need blood transfusions to keep my body from shutting down. That answer your question?"

"I have to this so often, I learned to do it myself." Drew explained, his red eyes shining in the light of the room. "It would be such a hassle to go to the infirmary every time I needed a transfusion. Also, this way, I can talk with some of my friends while I'm waiting for the transfusion to finish."

"Nice to meet you Klay." Drew smiled. "My name is Drew Alucard."

Drew then looked at Klay dead in the eyes with a whimsical and curious look in his eyes. "So why'd you transfer to Clover Academy?" He asked.

"I got kicked out of my previous school," Klay replied simply while putting his head on top of his hand. "When I asked to be tranfered here I had to be tested, it was pretty easy really." he stated nonchanantly while still scanning Drew; though he noticed that the classroom was now empty.

"Oh that sucks." Drew frowned. "Anyway, you'll like it here, everyone's super nice! And this school feels like home to me!" He smiled, trying to cheer him up.

The blood transfusion bag then finished dropping blood through IV tube, and Drew took the needle out of his arm.

"Ugh, took along enough." He sighed. "Anyway, do you want me to give you the grand tour of the school?"

"Yeah that would work," Klay nodded his head before he stood up from his desk. He strangely felt the presence that he had felt lowering in regards to strength, he could still feel Drew's presence but it was as if a weight had been lifted; he decided to ignore this though. "It would help a lot."

During the lunch period, Drew led Klay around the school, showing him the gymnasium, the auditorium, the library, the lunch room, and pretty much everything else but the boiler room. After that, they sat through afternoon classes, which droned on for awhile, before the final bell rung, signaling the end of classes.

"Finally!" Drew yawned. "I was getting so bored!"

Drew then turned over to Klay. "Doing anything after school?" He asked.

Klay had been sticking by Drew throughout the whole day, mostly to try and make sure on how he acted around others. He was still worried by the feeling that he had gotten, which had actually come back during classes for some strange reason. Once classes were over though he knew that he had to get to the bottom of the case. The teenager stood up from his desk and smiled at Drew. "Actually, I had wanted to check out the roof of the school before, just to see the view."

"Sure, I'll take you up there." Drew smiled, his scarlet eyes gleaming in the sunlight shining through the window.

Drew then lead Klay through the hall and up a flight of stairs, and onto an empty rooftop with a wired fence around the edges.

"The view's great up here." Drew smiled, the air feel nice and cool, and so much light gets up here, its refreshing!"

Drew nodded. "I guess you can say that." He said. "Humans usually keep their eyes closed to that kinda stuff, but just because their eyes are closed, doesn't mean its not there."

"I don't blame you." Drew smiled wryly. "Their are a lot of things out there, that may seem great, but are actually rather wicked, dangerous, and even a little cruel. You know? I guess Humans have it easy."
