As the title says I'm looking for an Eevee with Hyper Voice. Which aren't easy to come by. If anyone would like to trade I have a few options I can offer.

The better the EVs on the Eevee the better the pokemon I'm willing to offer.
 
Hey there :3 Hyper voice is a tutor move in this generation so I can get you one easily, and can breed the eevee the way you want it before teaching it the move. I am guessing it's for a sylveon? Let me know if you are interested.
