Roy's opponent for his practical application test is Lime, who's both a Gym Leader and a famous rapper, and Roy will need to put on an improptu performance in order to battle her. Roy happily takes on this challenge, but Lime has no intent of going easy on him!

First off, thank goodness we get to see Kilowattrel battle! Second, I am not sure how much it was brought up during their first encounter, but it would be interesting seeing Ryme help Fuecoco control its singing. It would just be pretty neat to see them bring that back after Fuecoco struggled with its singing in Roy's debut episode.

Oh yeah, it's been way too long since it last did. In fact, it hasn't battled at all since evolving, and hasn't battled (properly) period since the 17th episode, 44 episodes ago! (Hell, it hasn't even used a move in over 12 episodes!) And people actually thought Roy was getting a third Pokemon, when just his second has been this horribly neglected. Hah! As if!

Reeeally hoping Killowattrel gets a new move/ update to its moveset too, because let's be real here-his current moveset sucks. I mean, it's a fully-evolved Pokemon now (and a really cool one at that,) its moveset should not consist of Uproar, Peck and Spark. (I mean, for God's sake, Spark is like the only semi-decent move it has!) I mean that's just embarrassing.

I agree, getting a 4th move would be great, especially since Uproar will be useless against Ryme's ghost-types.

Oh yeah, you're right! Nice job, pointing that out! (y) I completely overlooked that fact! Even more of a reason for Kilowattrel to get a new move/moveset update then, considering it's only got two moves it can use, and one of them's fucking Peck!!

(I mean, technically Ryme's using the Toxctricity, which isn't a Ghost type, but then she can just Terastallize it into a Ghost type, so yeah, moot point.........)
 
as much as an evolution would be nice, given that the episode immediately after this has hogator in the title, i think the evolution might be in 62. or it might be a case of roy and achigator coming up with a new variant of the song (potentially inspired by what they sing in 061) after the evolution? spitballing here but an evolution so soon after quaxwell just seems unlikely
