The Strong Spheres have finally been released and are now in use all over the world... And Liko and the others are more determined than ever to get rid of the Rakulium this time around. Meanwhile, Sango, Onyx and Agate head towards Rakua to guard it against intruders when someone appears before them... Hamber! A fierce battle begins between Hamber the teacher and the three students he once taught?!

Oh sweet, a Hamber and Chalce episode. Was hoping we'd eventually get one what with the recent stuff about them.

Hmm, I wonder if this blood moon will be important. Maybe, we will see a certain Pokémon that has yet to appear in the anime. That said, this episode would be a good one to see if Chalce is a turncoat.

I really want to be optimistic but I'm afraid it's just gonna be a wrap-up episode for the whole team. Hamber will wipe the floor with the others and send them to shadow realm or talk them out of supporting Spinel and that's it. With the whole "endgame" vibe we have recently there probably isn't enough time for dramatic plot twists here.

My guess (if we're not turning all 3 of them) is that Coral and Sidian will turn away from Spinel and Chalce will remain loyal, or at least won't join Hamber and RVT.

Finally, we'll learn HOW the butler did it!

And Agate/Coral/Sidian backstory?
Though I fear it might be too little, too late... <_<

It's "too late" for their backstories in a sense that if we learn why they all joined Explorers... it won't change much and won't resolve any interesting tension other than a sort of "trivia". It would be cool if all three of them got screentime and some development across the post-timeskip era, which could lead to a "shocking" reveal in this ep or a retrospective resolution of these journeys, but alas. We probably won't get enough insight into Coral Sidian and Chalce for the ep to feel like this.

I wonder if there'll be another arc after Rising Again is done.

THAT depends on how the arc ends...

After all, it's hard to imagine them going over half a year without a Pokemon anime, ain't it? @_@

It's just this and 6 more episodes left in the series possibly. It just has to be the end.
Why end so abruptly? The creators didn't announce that "Rising Again" would be the final arc

I'm sure there will be one. Children aren't used to long breaks in broadcasting

I don't think they'd use a term like "blood" without any strong reason, so I think Bloodmon Ursaluna is debuting. Would like regular Ursaluna or Ogerpon to appear first but it is what it is. Will definitely check it out since we could get many development and background info on the Explorers as individuals.

Hopefully titles start being released quickier, I miss when we got 3 or 4 at a time instead of one hours before its preview...

For once, let's hope the students don't surpass the teacher. The best case scenario, though, would be that one or more of them turn to the good side. My bet would be that Sidian is the most likely to turn, followed by Coral. I don't know what Chalce's goals are, so unless she's already a deep cover agent working against Spinel, she will be the least likely to turn for real. She could do a (possibly) fake turn to take down Spinel and further her own goals, though.

Okay, tell me if I hallucinated, but I clearly remember Hamber calling Agate "sensei" rather than the opposite. This was in the episode following Tinkaton's evolution (Dot was somewhere with Hamber while Liko & friends were getting their asses kicked by the Six Heroes). Are you telling me they're both each other's "teacher"? Or have the writers forgotten (or discarded that plot point because no time)? This was the mystery around Agate's character. The episode summary contradicts it, I hope there's a reason.

Looks like we'll finally be getting some backstory for Chalce, Coral and Sidian.

And Chalce is confirmed to now have a keystone as well.
