Glad that the credits were found.

That said, I don't think Crispin Freeman voices Lucario like I thought he might from the first episode.

I did wonder if they might cast Crispin but I suspected that Bill Rogers would continue to voice it like he has since DP

To me, it seemed like Lucario sounded different that Bill's Lucario, and Crispin was credited in the first episode. Now, he isn't credited for this episode, so he doesn't voiced Lucario.

Crispin was listed for the flashbacks featuring Friede otherwise he wouldn't have been in the credits for Episode 1.

I know. And I know that the actors get higher billing when they play more important character like Crispin playing Friede. I just thought that he might have played Lucario when I heard the different grunts.

That happened to me as well. I bet that Netflix wanted the series of Pokémon Horizons: Rising Hope to have a strong start, with the characters researching Laquium further in depth of its origins and its dangerous use. And with helpful allies from Naranja Academy in the Laquium research, they can’t lose. That’s why they air the 12th episode in the first place.

I bet that Netflix wanted the series of Pokémon Horizons: Rising Hope to have a strong start, with the characters researching Laquium further in depth of its origins and its dangerous use. And with helpful allies from Naranja Academy in the Laquium research, they can’t lose. That’s why they air the 12th episode in the first place.

Also could be that they squeeze in the next 13 episodes for a potential 2nd batch with the Mega Evolution put in.
