I can't send Private Messages

For some reason I am unable to send Private messages everytime, I was able to send one yesterday but loads go missing.

So far I've private messaged HumanDawn, and it just disappeared he did not receive it. I've private messaged Zexy 3 times, one time it got through, another one disappeared altogether again, and the 3rd, deleted all my writing and just had his quote.

Sorry for double posting, but no one has responded to this, its still going on after 10 days and it's quite serious in my opinion, as people are thinking I'm ignoring them when I'm not.

FYI @Solayoh;, I am looking into this, however I've not yet identified a specific cause. I would suggest that you empty old messages from your inbox, if you haven't already, as this may help flush out the issues.

It seems to only happen when I'm replying to messages. If I start a brand new PM it seems to run fine but if I'm replying to a PM then it either doesn't send it, or sends it but without anything I've written just their quoted text.

Hmmm. Very odd. I wonder....does either the "Request a read receipt for this message" box or the "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder" box get auto-ticked when you go to do a reply? Is it different when you do a regular one?

It seems to only happen when I'm replying to messages. If I start a brand new PM it seems to run fine but if I'm replying to a PM then it either doesn't send it, or sends it but without anything I've written just their quoted text.

This has consistently happened to me when I'm replying to a message sent to multiple users. Pressing "Go Advanced" or "Reply to All" deletes whatever I've written and starts the message anew. ("Reply to All" functionally does nothing.) And, if you haven't already pressed those when you go to hit "Submit Message," it automatically hits "Go Advanced" and deletes your message anyways. The non-technical fix is to hit Go Advanced before starting.
