I think the Wailord one is really nice (I like it a lot, but the real picture probably should be reduced in size so the water doesn't look as grainy). Though, I guess I should suggest you clean up your work a bit more (unless this is suppose to be a quick job) by going over some parts with the eraser tool more. Some of the design choices for some proportions in other pictures are kind of odd to me.

I thought the flash animation was pretty funny though. I won't ruin the shock/surprise value for others but I thought it was pretty clever.
