Okay,here goes.On Diamond,it says I can't transfer my level one hundred Feraligatr because it knows a hidden move.But,on Emerald,it says at the move deleter that Feraligatr is unwilling to forget Surf!Any ideas or answers?
 
Teach another Pokemon Surf and it'll go through. The game sometimes won't let you have less than one Pokemon with a Hidden Move.
