Ignore how out-of-character Kanade is, I wrote this as wish fulfillment for myself.
''Do you just lock yourself in your room all day, eat instant noodles, compose music and use your computer?'' Mafuyu asked, surprised.
''Why yes, I do,'' Kanade replied with a smile on her face that looked bigger than the peel of a cut grapefruit.
''But isn't that unhealthy?'' Mafuyu questioned.
''Bold of you to assume that I care,'' Kanade retorted. ''Want an energy drink?''
Mafuyu held out her hand and pulled the can away from Kanade's grip. She put her mouth near the hole and started sipping.
''At least being a shut-in all day is better than going to cram school,'' Kanade scoffed.
