Suggestion I have a idea unless it already been said.

Well, I was on a site at one point where they did something like that. Granted, everyone on the site was organized into various different categories. And the members nominated the people. But it was an efficient system.

Still, unless we went with, "Shipper of the month" or "HGSS Poster of the month" or something else, it'd be hard for this site's setup.
 
What would the qualifications be? Just pick some random user and they're
"user of the week"?
 
Well, categories would have to be picked. You can't just give them the title for no reason.
