I honestly don't know if I can do this

Last recording took up three days of my time. I don't have entire weekends to spend while people show up late, or while computers act up, or anything. I can't spend three days recording something that runs less than an hour.

And it's easy to say "that was a one-time thing", but how do we know that?
 
I agree. If it takes this long I will be unable to participate. However, an idea is this: Group 2 becomes the main group for five episodes. Then, each cast we have someone from Group 1 come in.

Most likely, one time we will have microphone/recording problems. Then, if we try again and it still happens, that user gets told about the problem, obviously, and decides if getting new gear is worth staying on the 'cast.

The reason towards this is how the last cast went down; WAY too much (no idea what the word would be; fuzz? background noise? buzz? I'll just say) SHHHSHSHSHHSHHSHHSHSing. The most reasonable cause is a malfunctioning mic or computer. That way, the problem will be fixed and le Bulbacast will return for good.

that seems to be a good idea. at least until group can fix those nasties problems.
 
So that means we need to organise what time and what day wea re recording on and who from Group 1 should join us? im mnot sure what the best way to choose would be

That seems like an over-exhaustive process, wouldn't just testing recording with every cast member individually (A minute long Skype call shouldn't be a problem) be easier and just generally solve the problem quicker? Else, this whole "Group System" makes no sense, if one Group does the cast for five successive weeks - we could just go back to the old days and have one group of casters.

i'm pretty sure the reason behind the 2 group thing is so if one group is unable to record the other would. if that's it why not get group2 to record this weekend if all else fails or whatever. idk it's not up to me. just perhaps an idea :)

According to this it seemed as if you were saying the second group was a backup.
 
What is the plan (if there is one) for this weekend?
maybe group 2 should record as we havent had anything out now in the proper casts for about 6 weeks
 
Whatever the plan is, I'm out until this can be fixed. Last time I tried to record, not only all that but I had to leave the chat because of that damn SQUEALING noise. I've got sensory issues--hearing things like that leaves me PHYSICALLY ILL.

i just think it would be good if we could have somethinganything recorded and released this week
 
yeh we really should make something even if its a bit cobbled together with people from both groups
we can organise this in the studio
