I know we guys knew better but when the year before Ruby and Sapphire version was released,I wanna know if anyone had the idea if Latios and Latias had an relationship with Lugia due to similar appearance

I'm gonna be honest and admit i thought Latios and Latias were in a servant-master relationship with Lugia

I've never seen any relation between the Latis and Lugia at all - outside of the fact they're all flying dragons.

Lugia doesn't even have the same physiology as Latios and Latias, unlike them it has legs and feet and unlike Lugia, the Latis have arms.

Yes. I don't see why it would have changed between then and now - they still look the same now as they did then.

changed a few things here + there
gave them Togepi/Togetic/Togekiss's Pattern
AND CALLED THEM Latias & Latios

Ugh. Noobs. Why are they flocking here? Blacktios does not exist. Also, Latias and Latios weren't copies of Lugia. They are very different. They only have slight similarities. Calling Latias and Latios copies of Lugia is like saying that the legendary trios are copies of each other.
