I Like All Pokémon, Does That Mean I'm Immature?

Well, seeing as the (slightly) immature friends I have IRL like all Pokémon, does liking all Pokémon make me seem immature? Everyone here seems to hate at least one Pokémon, but I look through all 500+ and can find one good thing about every Pokémon. I also use mostly final forms, but almost always not for power. I actually normally prefer final forms, although I also like unevolved, middle, and baby forms and sometimes use them for fun. Also, even though I may get flamed for this, I actually EV train and care about natures, however, I don't EV train perfectly. I also only want decent natures, like, I wouldn't want a Modest Zangoose, but I'm happy with my Relaxed Zangoose. And my Docile Weavile. But I don't really like competitive battling all that much.

If you want honest opinions about immaturity, this board seems to point to it for only one reason.

A mature person should be able to like whatever they want openly and honestly without any regard for whether others view it as immature, wrong, etc.

But that's just what I think.

I like all Pokemon too, by the way. They all have something unique about them.
 
Regarding your opinions, YES.

There is no Pokemon I really dislike, I used to hate Infernape and Heatran, but then I used Infernape as my starter in my replay of Pearl and I was like, wow, he's pretty cool. And My appreciation for Heatran comes from competitive, it's a beast.

There are honestly no Pokemon that I hate and wouldn't use on an in game team. That doesn't mean I don't have favorites, but I don't hate any Pokemon.
 
You're not immature, I like 'em all too! I wouldn't battle with just any of them, but I still like every design.
 
Personally, I am immature. Does that mean everyone who likes it is? Nope. Unless you act it, you are not.
 
There are no particular Pokemon that I dislike as well (though Pokemon like Zubat and Bidoof get on my nerves at times). Does that make me immature? No.
 
Nope. I like most pokemon and I'm the most mature person here... right?

Oh well, the answer is that it's fine.
 
I don't see how Pokemon fans liking or hating certain Pokemon has any correlation with maturity level.
 
The question is, does my wish of wanting gamefreak to retcon Gallade make me immature?

Even if the answer is yes, I'll never stop hoping.
 
Oh, definitely not. You like Pokémon, therefore you're mature by default. :p Seriously, though, I don't see how disdain for specific Pokémon makes one any more of a fan than one who accepts and loves the lot of them.
 
No, it doesn't make you immature, just an optimist. I personally dislike a lot of pokemon, but hate none. And I'm [arguably] very mature. Lesley is right, openly liking all pokemon makes you mature.

Are you a freaking twin that I don't know about? I have the exact same thought process you have, to the letter. Honestly, I would think I'm mature. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. :3

Maybe people don't think they are useful battlers. They all are useful.
 
I don't think so :) the only ones I don't like are Grimer and Muk because they're so disgusting XP
 
The whole concept of maturity has no groundings (except physically of course).
If your worrying about whether you are mature or not then of course your immature.
 
I dont think its immature at all. I like all pokemon as well. From Bulbasaur to Arceus to Mijumaru. Alot of people dislike certain pokemon, but id use them, and Id use a pokemon dispite its IVs and Nature, or type. Ivery time I play a game through, I try to use different pokemon. I'll take all 3 Gen 5 starters even Mijmaru, who is kind of seen as the "underdog" starter that not as many people like. I catch both Reshiram and Zekrom, despite my personal preference of Reshiram. Because they are all Pokemon and I love Pokemon
