At the moment? My family, at most
In very select situations
Which have never occurred yet

Or my friends, if I'm drunk xD
Which has occurred before

My favorite music artists. :p

Oh and my boyfriend, select friends, and family.

Me. Seriously. It's important to be your own ally. :p And then my boyfriend of course, and my immediate family and dearest friends.

My dogs. That's pretty much it. I've never really said that to my family... I don't know why.

If I ever manage to follow through with my plan of adopting a daughter (or more preferably, a younger sister), I will make certain to tell her I love her as often as I possibly can, and I'll darn well mean it.

I previously said it to both of my ex-girlfriends, when we were together. Now I've figured out that we were treating the relationships too seriously too soon. Next one's going to start a fair bit more casually and work its way up from there.

to My Ex- Girlfriends, and Aria, but the latter caused me to get flustered.

my boyfriend, definitely of course. also, i do say it to some of my friends if they're particularly close; but it's in a platonic way. i think "i love you" can be different in terms of how you say it and who you say it to. im not one to throw it around, but i say it sincerely and from the bottom of my heart.

I usually don't say it, but only to family and best bros and sis, and someone I really feel something for.

My family and a few friends that wouldn't take it the wrong way. None of the friends are in a romantic way, strictly platonic.

My husband, family members, and even friends if I truly felt love for them.
Oh, and animals. I'm always saying sweet things to my overly-attached cat.

The sad thing is, I'll love others and tell them I love them, but I can't love myself. I hate myself.
