The main info sheet is for keeping a record or planning out your own Pokemon. The second sheet is to help keep track of EV training.

I'm always planning and writing down ideas of Pokemon to raise; nature, moveset, ability, where to find the Pokemon, at what level to evolve it, how to teach it the moves I want... The page starts to get messy, to say the least.

I hope someone here will use them as much as I will :)
