I need a pokemon to catch my legendaries with. Please help.

I transfered my pokemon over to white and now I have nothing to catch the remaining legendaries. does somebody have something they could give me that would allow me to catch the legendaries in platinum? Something that could put pokemon to sleep and withstand some hits would be nice. And to deal with roamers running. I'd really appreciate it.
 
I have a pretty good breloom wit spore/false swipe/ stun spore. I'd trade it to you for a PP Max.
