I need a map made for a new region (I'll start the crude version to go by after I post this) and a drawing of the starter Pokemon for said region (I still need to finish the crude version). If there is an easier way to make maps or draw on computers then pleeeaaase let me know.
 
Depends what you mean by "easier." What method are you using now? Personally, I prefer just drawing by hand and photographing it.
 
I can help you with that. I can make towns, and contribute to the map.
 
Paint? Paint is really sucky as far as graphics programs go. You should try Illustrator.
