i need help picking a team for battle tower

i am trying to get my milotic all 3rd gen ribbons and the two battle tower ribbons are all i have left to get. but i need help on what the two other Pokemon should be. can someone give ideas on what two Pokemon i should pick, what there moves should be and what there natures should be.
also my milotics nature is: Modest
its moves are: Ice Beam
Iron Tail
Double-Edge
Surf
its stats are:Hp 170, Atk 63, Def 104, SP. Atk 146, SP. Def 145, speed 107.
i have not maxed out its stats yet so i can give it more stat inhansing items if you can tell me what stats to raise and if you think i change its moves tell me. plz help
