Not knowing any details about progress in game... no, not really.

Just grind like everyone else, or wait for people to call you via pokegear.
I,myself, beat the elite four with 41s and one 42, without a dragon though, so if your still struggling try buying ALOT of hyper potions and revives, was my plan, and simply make lance waste his PP for his moves, while attacking.. just keep in mind he has about 5 or so full restores
I thought he extinguished his full restores on his strongest dragonite, two of the items, when fighting his last pokemon, charizard, he pulled three more out from out of nowhere and I almost lost by that time because I lacked another revive x3

Moving to a more appropriate forum.
Well...
I used to train all my pokemon on diamond (if that's what you're talking about) as I progressed in the game. You need most of your pokemon high levels, not just 1 or 2. If you have a lot of money and don't mind losing a few battles, you can train in the gyms. Just only have 1 or 2 pokemon in your party (the ones you wanna train) and beat all the gym leader's pokemon except 1. Then purposely use useless attacks and when you lose the battle, do it again.
By the way you should save right outside the gym with your pokemon at full health and then if you do want to turn off your ds (I wouldn't), then you can and do the battle but your pokemon can't level up that way.
