That's pretty cool. Soz, can't animate it.

*patpat DHL* Perhaps not... however... I can.

We still love you, though, DHL ;3

All I can really say about it is that it's a nice attempt -- better than a lot of other people's out there that are just getting started. However, when going back in PhotoShop to use ImageReady on these, I noticed a lot of things -- like how some of the colours are inconsistant -- primarily the scarf. I also noticed that the backpack was differently coloured when I got to the third frame.

Another thing is the body movement -- when we walk, we can't exactly stay that straight. Give a very small bounce to your characters step. It looks a little unnatural that way.

Here's one of my own:

I suggest a contrast and compare -- and yes, while I admit to making as if my character has a slight limp, at least the colours don't change from one shade to another.

If it helps you out any, keep all frames up and use the Eye Dropper tool and use the same colour from the previous frame to the next.

Hope that helped.

:awww: So... you were telling the truth?

DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW

Srz 'bout that

Anyways, for single frame animations, just use Gickr. It a Flickr GIF animator for frame by frame.
