Hey everyone! I got to see the Porygon episode "Electric Soldier Porygon" on YouTube (great quality). Yes! I'm still alive! YIPPEE! Ok, when I got to Part 7 I had to watch it 10 feet from my computer. I mean there was tons of crazy red and blue explosions! I can totally see why that episode is banned. There must have 5 or 6 scenes with blue and red flashing a million times a second. It's a great episode. Just be careful when you get to Part 7. :party:

Banned episodes

There are more episodes that are banned like this one, but i dont know exactly that u can find them in youtube too. ive seen a dratini episode and when ash get's a bunch of tauros. I think that episode is banned because a gun is involved.
 
I've seen pretty much all the banned episodes and now have traumatic nightmares about James with a cleavage.
 
There's only four banned episodes in the entire series, (five if you count the Barboach ep that never aired in Japan), out of what...500 total episodes?

Some of you make it sound as if we missed tons of episodes in the dub, its only four.
 
Three of them are filler of course. But one of them is eventful, since Ash captured Tauros in that episode. So, we missed at least one importent moment in anime.
 
I saw it too, and survived the Seizure Rave without leaving my seat. Woot.

Really, though, it was a great episode, one of the best of all time and certainly will remain unique for... well, probably forever.

That's quite petty and really makes you look like PUSA's snitch. Not all of us can use Pocketmonsters to see the episodes, you know. And now I most certainly won't even try to.
 
The only reason I can think of is: most Subbing groups ask people to not resize their subs to make them smaller. If you do that, the words become harder and more difficult to read.

...I know that's what they do at Wolf Pack Productions...
 
If that's the case, let them keep the monopoly they seem so defensive of. I can certainly turn elsewhere to see the episodes.

Well, there were probably a lot more than that.

All shows have "Lost Episodes" which were never aired for one reason or another. This one just happened to have a preview before they decided not to air it due to the earthquakes.

I'm sure there have been many completed-but-never-aired episodes, so I don't see why everyone is so "shaken" by this one.
 
We know more about it than other lost episodes.

One lost episode was a New Years episode that didn't air because of Electric Soldier Porygon.
 
ive seen all of the banned episodes except the ice cave one
ive seen beauty and the beach and electric soldier porygon and the safari zone one
btw if anyone knows where i can get the ice cave one preferrably on bitittorrent id be very thankful:)
 
I heard of the New Year episode, too. I wonder why they didn't just play it the next year like the others?
 
My guess would be that the New Year's episode was simply a clip show, and deemed pointless to show at a later date.
 
You don't really need guts to watch Electric Soldier Porygon. All you need is to turn on the lights and not sit too close to your computer. If you're not epileptic, you should be fine and all it'll do is make your eyes hurt a little, as if you just finished playing on your game console of choice after six hours.

It's not really that special an episode. The Dratini and Acapulco episodes are better, as far as "banned" episodes go. Though it's pretty cool to see who invented the Pokeball transfer system.
