Suggestion I think this is a great idea.

I think we could divide the Bulbapedia into two parts: the one we know it as and another, more subjective one. for example, in the OBjective one, we could have the info about pkimn, episodes, the glitches, and stuff. on the SUBjective one, we could have articles written more on opinion, like "how to build a great Party", or "Benefits of diamond over pearl" or it can be a more helpful type of site, like "how to beat the elite four". tell me what you guys think.

Well, yes, we have the threads, but it's extremely hard to find the exact thing you're looking for in a forum, and it's not pre-disposition info, it's just conversations between people. i mean like make another part of the wiki, separate to the forums.

a guide to beating the elite four can be found on gamefaqs, version exclusives of diamond and pearl are on the pedia, and there is no right formula to building a great party. Just a section of the forum for rating teams for competitive play.

He is just saying that peoples opinions on how to do certain things would be on there. However that is what the forums are for and to chat/Trade.
You really want to know something that is opinion based make a thread like this one.

Well, it can be frustrating to find stuff, but really, I don't think it's a very good idea.

You have a bunch of nerds, and you tell them to make an encyclopedia based on their opinions about stuff, guess what?
You'll soon see what a flame war looks like in Wiki form.
