I want to trade-evolve my Porygon

So I tried to trade my Porygon with an Up-Grade, I deposited it on the GTS, but so far, no one took it.
When I search for people who have a Porygon, It comes with no held item and people make silly demands (no, I am not giving you a Legendary for that).

Can anyone help?
