I was scanning volume 11 and my binding broke, so I don't think I'll be scanning anymore. I would've scanned all of johto. Sorry to disappoint guys.

My book is split down the middle and the one half is hanging on by the outer piece of paper.

A few people, I think on this board, have said that it's normal for the manga to fall apart while scanning it. But it's your book, so I'm complaining or anything. Thanks for trying though, and for scanning volume 10 :)

Thats a shame =/

So you are saying however that you got Volume 10 scanned? Do you plan on ever posting it up? It would be much appreciated.

EDIT//
Excuse my retardation. I didn't see the whole thread dedicated to Volume 10 =D

Eeep, that's too bad. D: Well, if the binding's already broken, it wouldn't hurt to finish scanning anymore than it already is, right? But, yeah, the condition of your books are more important than that.

I will have to speak to ChuangYi about this matter, I am going to report this entire thread and forum. This is a serious infringment. Unless, of course, you remove the downloads NOW. From every single volume you have scanned. You have 24 hours, I will be checking back tommorow. If I do report this, they will have the thread link, your profile, and the site's. I assure you they will not hesitate to take action, no matter how old you are.

I already reported nicoleb at pokemon community and chaung yi did nothing.

Sird, as I said in the infraction I just gave you, most of the English-speaking fans of Pokemon Special live in North America, with Europe probably coming in second place. Singapore and the rest of Southeastern Asia are probably third place, and therefore, those of you who have legal access to Chuang Yi's translations are a minority. They won't even ship outside of Asia, because Viz holds the license everywhere else in the world, even if they are just sitting on it and refuse to actually translate the manga. While the legality may be dubious, it's not immoral to provide scans to people who are unable to get them.

That said, as moderator of this forum, it's my stance that those of you who are able to buy these series, do so and show your support for the writers and translators. If you have access to the original Japanese version, or to the Chinese or Korean scans, purchase those, even if you can't read them. This way, you'll be showing your monetary support in addition to being able to read the series.

I'm sorry but,

I just couldn't help but laugh at that. That's a prime example of "mini-modding".

Anyways, sorry to hear about your manga NESFAN. :-(

Anyone else notice that Onemanga.com started posting up PokeSpe? This will probably encourage some scanlators/translators to take up a scanlating project.

Hopefully...

Hey, they're the ones who won't sell overseas. If you don't like it, leave. No one is forcing you to come to this forum.

EDIT: Just noticed the sig. Nvm.

I agree with VereuxO on this.
Because we can't read japanese and that we don't want to spend money on the books.
So we want to scan so we people can read.

Okay, guys, let's not blame Chuang Yi for this. They can't ship overseas, because it would be a violation of Viz's copyright. Viz is the bad guy here.
