[First time offering/ Trading so bare with me.]

I need an Ice Beam TM to take on Clair, I can give you a Red Gyarados, an Eevee, or a freshly hatched Cyndaquil egg. [Note: The egg will take some time to hatch and I need to find a pokemon with the same egg group as my Quilava.]
