Hey folks, I was browsing Bulbagarden's selection of themes and noticed there was a serious lack of ones featuring Hoenn Pokemon/characters! As a result, I thought I'd give my hand at making a general Hoenn theme featuring some of the main Pokemon and characters. Without further ado:
Note that this is just a mockup I did on Photoshop, but I based the layout off of an existing theme ("Beast of the Sea") so I don't think it would be too difficult to implement. The colors are a little rough, but the banner is almost ready for use. At any rate, if there would be the interest I would love to work with someone to make this a reality! I could probably even work with the CSS code myself.
