IDEA: Enable the shipping subforum to display more/all threads

I noticed that with the shipping subforum under 'normal threads' it only ever displays the top 5 recent threads.
You can, of course, access every open thread but that requires looking up the ship's thread.

I think if more normal shipping threads were to be displayed the shipping subforum would be more popular and improved because to new comers and a lot of other people it looks like we only have 5 ships open for discussion. It would be nice to see more/all threads like you can on other subforums.

Is this a good idea? Or is there a reason only 5 normal threads are displayed?

Um, @Lysson; if you look under "Thread Display Options" and look at "Show threads from the…" and select "Last month", you can actually change it to see threads posted in the past.

The forums usually has a thing that will hide threads if they're no longer active and just show the ones that people have posted in recently.

The Paradise's inactivity has more to do with the fact that shipping just isn't as popular a topic in the fandom as it used to be, at least when it comes to actual discussion. Especially since some of the characters involved haven't shown up in years. There's only so many headcanons you can discuss, y'know?

Ohhh I see! I just wondered why in the shipping department I could only see the 5 most recent threads compared to all the other threads where I can see all of them.
