Ideas for Battle Island...

If it's real and all, what facilities and features would you like?

For me, I really hope they include a special Contest Hall on the Island, an expansion of the Resort Area in DP. But not only would it be for grooming, it'd have a Contest for people who beat Master Rank.

Also, a Battle Facility that each challenge requires you to use a team of same-type Pokemon. That'd really be interesting, especially when factoring in dual types.

A Wi-Fi feature I also would like is maybe a Theater, which people can upload battles for other people online to watch simmilar to the record function in Emerald.

Bring back the Little Cup. The Little Cup was made of all kinds of win and awesome.

That was the one where you could only use mostly unevolved forms and below level 5, right?

Yeah, I'd love a arena where all those underused first forms would have a chance to shine. It's even easier now that eggs hatch at Level 1. Probably be called the Battle School, or something.

And SCOTT MUST RETURN! Preferably with more Sinnoh-based tourist outfit.

Who here remembers Rudy from the Orange Islands? The novelty of his gym was that the two battling Pokémon had to share a type. That would be quite good for Battle Island imo. (Then again, I would having reused such a mechanic in an RP once )
