Identify the soundtrack?

It's a lyrical arrangement of the Azalea Town/Blackthorn City BGM.

I can't tell which soundtrack this music comes from. The OP says that it's from the FRLG soundtrack, except that nothing of the sort seems to be on there.

Could somebody here find out what it is? Because I'm stumped.

(If this doesn't belong here, I apologize. I don't know where it would belong.)

I knew the first part, but does that mean there's a sort of bonus track on the CD? Because it doesn't seem to be listed on Bulbapedia's article for the FRLG soundtrack.
