If evil pokemon teams decided to fight against each other. Who do you think would win?

Who do you think would win? All I know is Team Yell, Star and Skull would lose, but Galactic seems like a heavy contender for victory depending on whether they obtain control of certain legendary pokemon.

Edit: I know Team Star or Yell may not be considered evil, but I’m referring to all the teams who have been antagonistic or opposed the player one way or another.
 
0. Aether Foundation. Money is power. They are the richest, therefore the most powerful. They are not named "Team XXX" though.
1. Team Galactic. They are active, aggressive, and they seem to have plenty of money/R&D power.
2. Team Flare. They are more aggressive than Team Galactic, but seem to be short on money. They can't even buy themselves pokeballs. Being this aggressive they can rob, but you need money to win.
3. Team Rocket. The reason I rank them here is they seem like a more traditional mafia. They are probably not going to attack the other teams until being attacked/offended. They might stand until the end of the war, but is not likely to win.
4. Team Magma & Aqua. They are just extreme environmentalists. Can be troublesome.
5. Team Star and Yell. Worse. They are just hooligans.

Extra.
Team Plasma. They are a cult. In the best scenario they can even absorb people from the other teams. However their idea(free pokemons) in their original story overlapped with several other teams, so they might need to rebrand themselves.
 
I agree, I think the Aether Foundation, post-dissolution, would have a significant leg-up on any other team in terms of financing and technological advantage. Team Plasma and Galactic I think are squabbling for second place and Team Rocket is behind them.
 
I think Aether has the advantage in tech and finances. And debatably Pokemon if we let them have access to Ultra Beasts.

In second place, I’d probably say Galactic and Plasma are fighting for it.

Third is either Rocket or Flare. Most likely Rocket.

Aqua and Magma are 4th.

And Star, Yell, and Skull are just COOKED by the others.

Side Note: Where would Marcos Cosmos fit here? Maybe third place? Do we even count them as an evil team?
