If Mukkuru is a Starling Pokemon, how come it isn't a Star? (and other dumb questions

Okay, as you probably have noticed, the Pokemon Fandom...is, how do I say, not the brighest bulb in the bunch. This topic is to post all dumb, ignorant, and downright idiotic questions and comments you've seen Pokemon Fans say (to keep it clean, don't post who or where the quote came from)

* "If Mukkuru is a starling Pokemon, shouldn't it be a star?"
* "Mukkuru sounds like Murkrow....it's a baby!"
* "Diaruga is the Super Dragon type..."
* Thinking Japan is still the USA's enemy, thus buying Pokemon games is helping terrorist....
* "Ash and May should bang each other. But the show would have to be PG then..."
* Still not realising we got CoroCoro for August already, and repeatedly expecting more scans, even 5 days after the official release date.
* "Shigeru Miyamoto made Pokemon, Satoshi Tajiri just draws them"
* "Do you need a link cable to trade Ruby to DP?"
* "The DS can play GBA games?!"
* Thinking in Japan, the Anime cusses and has nudity frequently.
* Thinking Pokemon was made in America.
* Thinking Hillary Duff does the voice of May.
* Thinking James is Ash's dad.
* Thinking Pokemon is unsuccesful.

Well,..I think the serebii forums are filled with more idiots than normal.
Most likley because a lot of younger fans joined the forums to discuss about the new games/get new infos.

It was funny for a few days. but is just plain annoying now.
At least bulbagarden seems idiot-free as usual.

Let´s face it. we´re not really the pokemon peer-group anymore.

Although the thing about profanity in the Japanese version of the show isn't so stupid. They do swear quite a bit in that.

I seriously think they don't, some of the fansubs make it appear like that. And I think some words in Japan aren't as taboo as they are here.
