If they made a 10th anniversary edition of 2.B.A. Master...

What kind of bonus tracks would you like to see on it? Generally, rereleases of this type feature alternate versions of songs (so we could get the regular version of Pokemon (Dance Mix) or the male version of Pikachu's Goodbye) or B-sides (of which there unfortunately are none). We could also get some karaoke versions of some of the songs. Any other ideas?

I'd like to see a male vocal version of Pikachu's Goodbye....

To me, it would be nice if some of the bonus tracks were Japanese songs. Maybe some of the original OP/END themes, Nyarth no Party, etc. ^^

It would be awesome if they released the vocal tracks from "A Scare To Remember" and "Do I Hear A Ralts" (the insert songs which are likely to be called, "You Can't Remember" and "Who Am I Inside").

Hail, fellow otaku!

I don't need to concern myself with what'd be on a re-release of "2.B.A. Master" - everything I'd want on it is already on "Anime Pocket Monsters TV Anime Theme Song Perfect Best 1997-2003", and I already have that CD.

Beisdes, there's no way anyone could coerce me into buying "2.B.A. Master" anyway - no matter how many Japanese songs they threw in as a bonus, this fetid assemblage of audio poison (calling it "music" doesn't seem right for some reason) will never spin in my stereo.

hmm maybe holiday version of "Pokemon Center" used in Pikachus vaccation
Dance versions of Pokemon world and origian theme (used in the first movie)

Possibly:

Pokémon TV Theme 1 Italian Dance Mix
Pokémon TV Theme 2 Italian Dance Mix

A remix of the "Pokemon Advance" theme might be good

Can't think of anymore right now, but the male version of Pikachu's goodbye would be good

Ooh, a male version of Pikachu's Goodbye would be awesome.

I think it would be nice if they threw on the Japanese TV Theme as a bonus.

They can't release a 10th Anniversary edition of 2.B.A Master because that was a 4Kids product and they no longer have the license to release any Pokémon merchandise.

Why would anyone want to? That CD was terrible. Yeah, it was good when we were all what, 8? 10 years old tops?

God no. Do we really need to have a song where Misty declares her love for Ash released again?

We are not in 1999 anymore. Stop living in the past. Those songs have no relevance to the current modern day anime.

The only songs that don't have relevance are Viridan City, Misty's Song, and the old Pokerap. And anyway, no one wants them because they're relevant, they're just cute little bonus songs that some people would like to have on a little CD or something.

But I wouldn't want it, since I'd only buy it for Double Trouble, My Best Friend, and The Time Has Come. If they really wanted to release a CD, I'd want more anime soundtracks.

Just because they aren't relevant to the current anime doesn't mean people don't like them anymore.

Ive still got this cd somewhere in my room lol!

I loved the 1st series intro, and a male vocal for pikachus goodbye would be great!

ugh, just listened to the original CD, and boy, it may have seemed good at the time, when I was 9-10, but no way would I listen to it much anymore XD The pokemon rap songs in it sound terrible. I only like around three of the songs on it

I, for one, still enjoy the whole gamut of 2BAM songs (exceptions are Misty's Song and You Can Do It, though I never was partial to them to begin with...) I mean, the theme was the embodiment of Pokemon for young watchers everywhere; My Best Friends and Together Forever are definitely the most well-done songs on the disk; 2BAM, Viridian City, What Kind of Pokemon are You, and the Pokemon dance song are all still fun to listen to; Everything Changes and The Time Has Come have a lot of heart, I feel; Team Rocket's song is pretty entertaining; and the PokeRAP never gets old, y'know?

Honestly, I find most of the stuff they put out after that and Totally Pokemon to be far worse. The theme songs got progressively worse after 4 (6 was okay); the Christmas Bash CD was so corny, I couldn't get through one song without cringing; I really did not like either of those AG insert songs; and the new songs from Pokemon X, BF and DP range from moderately decent (BF/DPBD themes, Manaphy ending) to downright mediocre (DP theme, Best Friends, Hoenn PokeRAP). A lot of the later stuff just seems so amateurish, so half-baked, like they just got any old person to write it and any old person to sing it. It plagues Pokemon Go, the Hoenn Pokerap, the Lucario ending, etc. I can only hope a time will come when we can get another collection of consistently well-done songs like we used to have.

Apparently, there's no pleasing everyone. ;)

By the way, there is a male version of Pikachu's Goodbye-it's in the episode (some of you seem to be unclear on that)-the version on the CD is by a woman.

If I recall correctly, Pokemon X was post-4Kids.

So what if we're still preoccupied with 1999 (sorry, had to get that in).

Of course, there are still a couple dozen tracks that have never been released for purchase...

I'd like to see them release that super secret M2M song that they *never* released anywhere; the one where WB had the "write your own pokemon song" contest.

PUSA would want to because kids would buy it like mad(/convince their parents to buy it like mad), and companies like money.

And 2.B.A Master:eleventh? twelveth? what anniversary are we on now? Edition would really only need a Double Trouble, that one TR song from the Song of Jigglypuff(which was Rocket Gang Forever or something like that in the JP version), some new songs featuring TG, Paul, and Conway...

Of course, it'd really just have a ten minute long Pokerap(now with 493 Pokemon!), On The Road to Sunyshore City, 2BA DP Master(with the lyrics making sure they rap about the Steel and Dark types too), and the full version of the DP rap opening. And probably some of the more grating old songs thrown in, like The Time Has Come and uh...yeah, I don't even remember the terrible songs anymore. I do remember that a lot of the old stuff was catchy as shit though, even if the songs in question weren't really good songs. See, that's the problem with the show's music nowadays. It's not infectious enough! Maybe PUSA should have a talk with the guys who wrote up High Touch...

And while I'm being realistic, if PUSA's going to start selling a bunch of Pokemon songs they'll probably be ones that directly relate to the anime. As it is now. Not as it was ten years ago, when the target audience wasn't even born yet. Maybe I'll get Conway's "One Perfect Girl For Me" song after all? :p

That CD might contain lethal levels of nostalgia for me.
All those songs take me back to times long past.

I think that is the only reason somebody would buy the CD now.

Are you sure you're not thinking of "One" by Denisse Lara? That was on the soundtrack to the second movie.
