What would YOU do with it? Don't know what pokerus is? I will give a brief explanation for those who don't know: pokerus is a disease in pokemon, that like most diseases, spreads. The big point of pokerus is that is doubles the EVs your pokemon gain after a battle. Don't know what EVs are? Look it up. How rare is pokerus? Your chances each battle(and that's if you battle, not run or use repel) of your pokemon contracting the virus is nearly 1 in 22000! A (wild) shiny pokemon chance is 1 in 8193!
 
Spread it among others, and then at least keep one in box, so it can infect the next caughts.
 
I spread it among my others because it's so useful for EV training.
 
I spread Pokerus to my party and some other Pokemon in the box so I'll always have it. I don't imagine there being much of another answer... Sadly, I have caught Pokerus twice. :(
 
My Pokemon do have Pokerus and what I did was spread it to all my other Pokemon.
 
I spread it around, EV train a few that have it and then box the rest for safe-keeping. As of right now, I have five boxes of infected Pokemon (mostly shiny Golett/Golurk but a couple are Dream Worlders) who will be transferred to Black 2 in order to infect some newbies. Oh yeah, planning for the future over here. :evil:
 
Well, I would just first infect my team, put a few in a box, then trade (maybe ditto) to someone around the world hoping they will infect their pokemon, as well as allowing them (and me) to use the masuda method.
 
Have some pokémon I'll never use ever contract it, then drop it in a far corner of the box forever until no other pokémon that will have it can spread it.
 
Spread it to a lot of Pokémon, deposit some in the box, then keep some in my party.

I caught it once in HG.
 
I spread it to my favorite Pokemon, and then keep a couple of patient zeroes so that I can spread it throughout generations.
 
I always keep at least one of my Pokemon infected by it. I leave it in the box and when i feel the need to spread it around again, i do so.
 
Got it and went battle subway to collect EV power items. Maxing speed inside 26 battles is win.
 
I had no idea what Pokerus was until I got a Japanese Arcanine over wifi with pokerus. I asked some people on facebook what the purple PKRS was, and they told me how lucky I was to have a Pokerus'd pokemon, and explained what it was.
I spread it to random pokemon whenever I feel like it. I put it on some random Pokemon I don't use so that i won't take it out of the PC and lose the Pokerus.
and I spread it to all of my Pokemon I plan on EV training.
 
As someone who has never had a Pokemon with Pokerus before, I would scream/cheer/be stunned at my own good luck.

After recovering, I would let it spread a bit before placing some of the infected Pokemon in a box to keep for later use.

I actually don't care for Pokerus. I know there are benefits to a Pokemon having it, but I never cared for them. I also really disliked that little smile icon that would appear on a Pokemon's summary page in the 4th Generation games once Pokerus disappeared. It just bothered me for some reason.
