Illegal Account?

So I joined Bulbagarden Forums as PokemonTheSeriesXY but it got suspended immediately. Is it illegal because it has the word Pokémon in it? Or is it because I'm using a public computer? I'd really like to know. Thanks!

Did you make the account you are using before or after the ban? If you had two accounts simultaneously, this is breaking Rule #13:

13. Don't create sockpuppets (Sockpuppeting, 10 points, 4 months)
-A sockpuppet is an additional account you create on top of your main one, without staff permission.

If this doesn't apply, then the mods would have to help you. But no, having the word "Pokémon" in your name or using a public computer is perfectly ok by the rules, unless there are some circumstances that I'm not aware of.

I made PokemonTheSeriesXY today before the ban. I definitely do not have another account (Besides this one, which I only made to find out why my first account got banned).
