I'm curious about Pokepan thing

I just seen the pokepan ad on youtube, and then i noticed they distribute something along with pokepan.

later, I got this URL http://www.daiichipan.co.jp/deco/demo.html and now I know this is the thing that they distribute along with pokepan it's pokemon in the white square thing I guess it's sticker

I don't know japanese maybe some of you guys might help me about what's along with pokepan and what's 99-98-97-96 on the lower right of webpage ? i guess it's the number of the months that they distribute.

I have never even been to that website or didn't even knew it exsited but anyway the 96-97-98 thing is just probably what drawing designs they put on the pokemon bread. (pan means bread in Japanese.)

Pokepan is bread, yes.
