(I was super tempted to just title this thread "WHOOOOSHHH" because of my username...)

Hey guys! ^.^ Well, and girls... and Pokemon... Anywho, my name's Phoenix and I'm new-ish here! I've been using Bulbapedia since the stone age (I stole wifi from the Flintstones), but just recently discovered the forum and even more recently decided to make an account and get to know everybody! Yay!

But seriously... I've been playing Pokemon for nine or ten years I'm guessing, and can't honestly remember what life was like without it. My brother had given me his Silver game as a random act of kindness of sorts, and I didn't understand any of the game at first but loved it anyways. Granted, I was playing on his game file and spent like a year stuck in a cave fighting Zubats with no understanding of what was going on, but I've been a Pokemon fan since I was a toddler and so I was happy to play the game at all. ^.^

Since then I've been hooked, and just this Christmas was finally able to get my hands on a 2DS. I've been waiting a very long time to play the new games, so I'm hoping I'll be able to get Y and Alpha Sapphire soon! Celebration time!

Anyways, so there's some random facts about me and Pokemon and stuff!

Well I've been on the forums since 2011. Used Bulbapedia since the long past days of Platinum. What else...oh yeah I also play other video games like Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros. [size=-9](Melee)[/size] and with a PS3 from time to time.
That's pretty much it.

Wow, three years. It says you joined in December, so happy three year anniversary! ^.^

I've never played those games before believe it or not, but they sure look like fun!
