I've JUST ordered Alpha Sapphire (huge fan of Gen 3 anyway and now is a good time to play the games). I had bought Black and Y (not played B/W2) and completed them but I didn't touch them for a while. I'm a little rusty on a bit of Unova (not too bad). I feel as though Kalos I'm pretty indifferent about. I played it but that was it. Can't remember the Pokemon as the other regions and this whole megaevolution thing went over me. I loved the game for it's aesthetics but the actual Pokemon stuff, I sort of didn't really get drawn in (tryna change that though).

Ah, I see. Yeah, I kinda trudged through Y without really caring too much myself, but I loved Alpha Sapphire a lot more. I'm probably gonna replay Y to see if I can get into it more now that Mega Evolution isn't such a brand new concept to me and I'm at a better point in my life to actually sit down and play games.

That's great to hear that your life is a little bit calmer! Have fun with Y - I think my Alpha Sapphire comes on Friday (hopefully).

I actually liked X/Y and Gen 5 a lot. Id say Gen 5 personally is one of my favorite generations.

I really do want to get into Gen 5, it seems cool but guess it was a bit too much, with mega evolutions and Fairy types, for someone who needed easing back in. I think Alpha Sapphire will definitely put my interest back in (along with this forum)
