I've finally got on this.. nothing important to say, just curious, does anyone understand individual values??

Uh...do you mean individual values like morally or mathematically?
 
Hahaha, I mean the IV's of pokemon, it seems dead important but I don't understand 'em.

Serebii and Bulbapedia weren't really much of a help.

IVs are, and I quote(from bulbapedia)

"determinant values (both often shortened, respectively, to IVs and DVs), are the Pokémon analogue to genes. They are instrumental in determining the differing stats of Pokémon, most specifically of the same species."

It's annoying, 'cuz I thought I was doing a good job on my pokémon..
