IM stuck On Fire Red help me please

Ya so i got back onto my fire red version where im stuck. I could use some suggestions and here is my situation. I have the first 5 badges / cannot get past silph co because of the rival battle, but i can go to cinnabar island. My starter is bulbasaur (now venusaur) here r my pokemon- Lv. 38 kangaskhan Lv. 31 arcanine Lv. 53 venusaur Lv. 33 venemoth Lv. 34 maneton Lv. 32 snorlax so sny suggestions??????:banana:
 
i also have a 19 dratini 25 flareon 32 nidorino and electabuzz 25 hitmonlee 23 poliwhirl 24 gyrados 15 farfetch'd and a 30 ditto o and a 26 chansey , 23 exeggcute and soon to come omnamite =)

And no one cares. Seriously. Use common sense and go level up your Pokemon until you can beat him. This isn't simple algebra.

And you do realise you can use Vs. Seeker some more don't you? And there's this thing called wild Pokemon. You can go to Cinnabar Island, yet you don't want to train the rest of your level 30s there?
