Can somebody tell me what this is all about? I found this while looking at official pics and have no clue what the second image is and what they are trying to point out in the first.

The text says something about the Y button.

The Y Button can now be used to register menu screens as well to bring them up, much like it works with the bike etc. You can register multiple items and menu screens by the look of it. The check box that is circled in red on Pokabu's Pokedex page shows that it is registered.

So they're probably talking about the Y-button shortcuts then.
