To upload images, you need to create an account on Bulbagarden Archives and use the upload tool on the sidebar. Then just add the image link to the article. However, do check if we already have the image as we do in this case.
 
Account creation should no longer be necessary, simply sign in with your Bulbapedia account.
 
And don't forget to confirm your e-mail, new users, if you haven't done so. Or you won't be uploading anything.
