Bulbapedia Images that are supposed to be animated aren't animating

Now, I'm not trying to give myself a seizure. I was just curious as to what this looked like. Except no versions, even the older ones, will animate. Am I having computer issues or has something gone wrong on the uploader's end?

That image is an animated PNG, which only animates in applications that are compatible with the format. You can check if your browser is compatible by checking out this compatibility table.

It works on Firefox (at least on my laptop), but it doesn't seem to be working in my Chrome.
