To cover Swampert...ect...

What's your EVs and Natures? Also, you need different items for each Pokemon in the Frontier. Anyway, here goes:

Tyranitar@Leftovers
Nature: Quiet
EV: 252 HP/56 Att/200 Sp Att
Trait: Sand Stream
Substitute
Focus Punch
Crunch/Ice Beam
Thunderbolt

You can use Ice Beam to cover 99% of everything out there, and the other 1% (Shedinja) is destroyed by Sand Stream.

Starmie@Shell Bell
Nature: Timid
EV: 252 Speed/252 Sp Att/6 HP
Trait: Natural Cure
Surf
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Psychic

Trust me, this works a lot better for the Battle Frontier. There are plenty of things like Weezings and Gengars around that make Psychic useful, and with Sand Stream in play Starmie might not last long anyway. Use Timid and max speed to outspeed pretty much everything out there (watch out for Quick Claw Rhydons and things of that ilk).

Flygon@Choice Band
EV: 252 Att/252 Speed/6 HP
Nature: Adamant
Trait: Levitate
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Quick Attack
- Double-Edge

Swampert is a 2HKO for Giga Drain Flygon, so you're better off trying to KO with a STABbed Choice Banded Earthquake.
