In need of a Houndour and Totodile

I'm playing through SoulSilver with Pokémon I've never used before, and I was wanting to use Houndoom for my Fire type, but I can't catch one until I reach Kanto, which is still pretty far away. I'm also in need of a Totodile for the Pokédex as it's the last starter I need.

I don't have much to offer, but I can help with trade evolutions and some version exclusives and I can breed a Chikorita for anyone who needs one.
